FREIGHT
Brisbane Metro - $15 + GST*. Outside Brisbane Metro - $20 + GST*. Freight charges subject to change. Excludes batteries.
* Due to increasing freight costs, effective immediately, we are unable to guarantee the flat rate freight cost for bulky orders. Depending on
your delivery address we reserve the right to charge additional freight where required. We will contact you to discuss the additional freight
costs and options available to you after your order is received. If you require any clarification on this please contact us on 1300 10 60 10.
RETURNS - RESTOCKING FEE
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. All products returned to
Electro Parts Pty Ltd will incur a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply to warranty items or items not fit for purpose. Cost of all
return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
